My “mom” (Kathryn Larsen) makes wassail every Christmas. This
is her recipe.
1/2 gallon apple juice (or apple cider)
2 cans frozen orange juice, made up
1 can frozen lemonade, made up
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
12 whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
Heat and simmer for three hours. (Do not boil.) Serve warm.
