Ingredients
olive oil
pork chops (boneless or bone in)
salt
pepper
garlic powder
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/4 cup cream or milk
Directions
- Turn Instant Pot on Sauté setting. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sear pork chops on both sides. Remove from pot.
- Use 1/4 cup of the beef broth to deglaze the pot. Return pork chops to pot. Add remaining beef broth and soy sauce.
- Set pot to Sealing. Push Manual and set for 8 minutes. When pressure cooking is finished, allow to natural release for 10 minutes.
- Remove chops to serving plate. Turn pot on Sauté setting. Whisk corn starch and milk/cream together. Then whisk into broth to make gravy.
